Saturday 26th September Day 1: Arrival, Intention & Gentle Reset
Saturday is about arriving, grounding, and setting the tone for the days ahead. You’ll be welcomed with a relaxed meet and greet, followed by a gentle wellness and intention-setting session designed to help you switch off from the outside world, drop out of doing mode, and step fully into the SheEO space, clear, present, and ready for transformation.
Sunday 27th September Day 2: Creativity, and Collective Action
Day 2 starts with an early morning walk along the beach, where the sound of the waves and the fresh ocean air will clear your mind and prepare you for the day ahead.
Hot seat session: Through high-impact laser coaching, you’ll pitch your ideas, products, and plans to the room and receive direct, real-time feedback on marketing, investing, operations, team structure, and scale from the collective and expert leaders guiding the retreat. This is where you map out your next 6, 7 or 8 figure idea.
Reflection, Relaxation, and Transformation: We head back to the beach for a reflective sound bath and future self journaling session. This tranquil time allows you to deeply connect with your future vision, writing from the place of your most successful self. We’ll then dive into a belief coding session, transforming any limiting beliefs or mental blocks holding you back.
End your day with a glass of wine, a relaxed atmosphere, and the amazing company of like-minded SheEOs. Take a moment to celebrate how far you’ve come in just one day.

Monday 28th September: Strategy, Success, and Celebration
We dive straight into the heart of the day with a series of powerful sessions focused on elevating your business strategy. You’ll hear from our amazing collective speakers. The day will be packed with actionable insights on scaling your business, increasing profitability, and securing your wealth for the future.
This is your chance to deepen your understanding of business and finance, while receiving guidance from top-level experts who have been where you are and achieved extraordinary success.
Throughout the day, you’ll be inspired to think bigger and take bold action. You’ll be surrounded by a collective of SheEO's high-level women in business who are already achieving the success you aspire to. Whether it’s refining your marketing strategy, developing new income streams, or mastering financial systems, the support and feedback from your peers will be invaluable.
Cocktail Hour 5pm to 6pm
As the day winds down, we’ll head into cocktail hour at 5 pm, enjoying the stunning atmosphere of The Dubai Palm. After two days of intense transformation, strategy, and growth, it’s time to enjoy the glam side of Dubai! This is your optional day to relax, recharge, and soak in the sun, beaches, and high-end experiences this stunning destination has to offer. Whether you want to unwind by the pool, shop, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings, Tuesday is all about indulgence and enjoying the fruits of your hard work. You’ve put in the effort, now it’s time to enjoy the glam

Afterward, we’ll dive into an actionable implementation session called Hot Seat Laser Coaching, where you’ll get hands-on support to take your plans into action. The day will end with a reflective sound bath and journaling session to shift any limiting beliefs and relax into the evening with a glass of wine and spa time.
